Magha is the second Nakshatra ruled by Ketu. Magha is partly in the sign of Leo, ruled by the Sun and partly in Virgo, ruled by Mercury. The Leo/Magha combination strongly emphasizes power, royalty, courage, strong intellect, ambition and aspiration to limitless success. In the Virgo/Magha combination, the intellect dominates. The focus is on the mind and the development of intellectual power. The abilities of all Magha are linked to their past life karma.
